  • Databases in Microsoft Dataverse (Switzerland). The Microsoft 365 (M365) environment is hosted in the European Union. Jotform (forms) is configured on EU datacenters.

  • Two databases: “Usage History DB” (service call logs) and “T-Points History DB” (purchases, referrals, usage). We do not store submitted content (e.g., AI prompts, option choices). Form responses are deleted automatically within 24 hours. We keep date/time and the number of T-Points consumed to generate your reports.

  • Via Tarven-Support (access, portability, rectification, erasure).

  • Yes. All communications are protected by TLS (HTTPS). Data stored in our platforms (Microsoft Dataverse / M365) benefit from encryption at rest provided by those environments. Webhooks are signed and verified.

  • Least-privilege, logged access. Administrative access requires multi-factor authentication and occurs only for maintenance or at your request (support ticket). No marketing third parties have access to your data.

    • Account: during use, then up to 24 months after closure.

    • Technical/usage logs: 12 months.

    • Form responses: auto-deletion within 24 h after transfer.

    • Invoices/accounting: per legal obligations.
      Deletion is then propagated to rolling backups at the end of their cycle.

  • Immediate escalation: isolation, analysis, remediation (e.g., key rotation), then notification without undue delay to affected users and, if required, to the competent authorities.

    • Microsoft Power Platform / Dataverse: processing & application storage.

    • Jotform: form collection (with email OTP), data purged after transfer.

    • Stripe: payments (PCI DSS compliant).

    • Microsoft 365: email/notifications.

  • Content you submit to Tarven services is processed only to execute the service. We do not resell it and do not allow training by our platform. Avoid including sensitive data (health, credentials, etc.) in AI prompts.

  • We advise not to send personal, sensitive or confidential data (health, financial, credentials, etc.). Tarven services are not medical, legal or financial advice and are provided “as is.” You remain solely responsible for the use and interpretation of the results received by email.
